Bad product
This broke in the first week and could not get a refund the little plug in connector came out of the brush handle, not be a product.

Doesn’t stay on
The handle heats up before the prongs heat up and once it gets to the temp you set it at it doesn’t stay at that temp. The handle gets so hot I’m not sure it was put together right. It might work for a quick touch up but hopefully that touch up doesn’t take too long or it won’t be hot enough. Won’t stay on long enough to use. I’d give it no stars if I could.

Tiny Yet Powerful
The media could not be loaded. It's so small and light, I can just toss it in my purse without even noticing it's there. That's been super helpful for those days when I wake up with crazy bed head and need a quick fix before a meeting.The battery life is decent. I can usually get two or three uses out of it before I need to charge it again. Charging is easy - I just plug it into my laptop or phone charger.The different heat settings are nice. I usually use the middle one, which works well for my hair. The highest setting is a bit too hot for me, but it might be good for people with thicker hair.

El cepillo hace su efecto, sirve para persona de pelo corto. Yo lo tengo largo me tardo más. Es muy suave y lo que me gusta es que no quema al cuero cabelludo si lo acerco mucho eso es muy bueno . Pero en realidad no tiene muchos grado de calor por eso lo recomiendo a personas de pelo corto. Es bueno deja el pelo bien pero me tardo más

Nope
Dis not come with directions. Doesn't work while plugged in. Haven't been patient enough to wait for it to get past blink blink to see about a full charge. Left plugged in for over an hour just to see if it does charge st all. Nope. The concept is freakin awesome . I just wish it worked.

It does not work, the charger broke as soon as I plugged it out don’t buy it!

Not super hot
This is nice that it's cordless and portable, but it doesn't get super hot. My hair needs pretty high heat, so this didn't work very well for me.

Has no charger port
There’s no way to charge it either. They forgot to put the charger port in or it fell out never even got to turn the thing on.
