I really like this Comfier neck/ shoulder massager. I tried others before, but this massager is more gentle and feeling very close to a real massage when I turn on the lowest intensity setting. It's smooth and relaxing. The heat feels great, just at the right temperature. I love the little washable cover for a less intensive massage, and the pretty carry bag which I can store the massager in easily, as well as the adapter for the car. The buttons are placed very well, I can see and reach them well. Many other neck massagers have the buttons too high for me to see and reach while the massager is turned on. I like the length of the sleeves, even though they cannot be adjusted in length.It is fairly quiet. My sensitive, achy neck and shoulders, low back can tolerate it well and I am not sore after using it, but my muscles feel relaxed. Very well thought through massager!

I crochet a lot and wanted something to help with stiff shoulders, this works great!! It doesn't feel too heavy when you have it on and the heating function is fantastic! It's very comfortable to use and helps ease stiff shoulder and neck muscles, it even works great on the back!

Works well a little ruff on the skinf but gets the job done.

I've bought 3 other brands of this and none of em worked. Even a slight pressure the motor would stop.This one works amazing! This is the only brand I will recommend period when it comes to these things.

I have really bad neck pain. It doesn't get rid of all my pain but it feels really good. Excellent quality and the material feels nice. Great massager at great price. I can't afford to get a hand massage so this is a great alternative. Well worth the price. Wish I had gotten it sooner!
