Tore the Tip
I am someone who suffers from misophonia and migraines, and I frequently use noise reducing and canceling headphones and earbuds to get through the day. I have used earbuds/earplugs from all price points, and I consider these a high to mid-range price for this style of earbuds. Just for perspective sake, I use a $500+ pair of noise canceling headphones to prevent migraines while flying, and a $10 pair of noise reducing earbuds while in work meetings. I am open to all price points, as long as the earbuds do their job.I really liked these earbuds, with one caveat. I struggled significantly with changing out the ear tips, and ended up tearing one tip by just trying to pull it over the end piece. Now that the ear tip is torn, I do not feel comfortable wearing it because I am scared it will pull off in my ear and get stuck. I suppose if you are able to wear the ear tips that come standard on the earbuds without having to switch them out, you will not have this problem. The material of the ear tip is quite thin, but I like this because it allows enough noise to come through so I can still hear what I need to hear without having to endure all the extra noises around me. The actual earbud is a good quality silicone that bends enough to fit comfortably in my concha and rest against my antihelix. Some other earbuds of this style start hurting my antihelix after a while because it adds too much pressure. These do not do that, which allows me to wear them for an extended period of time, if need be.I also really like the packaging. Everything came in a hard plastic, twist-top, canister that contained the extra ear tips. Also inside the canister were the earbuds that were inside the carrying case. Both the carrying case and the canister are very impressively made, and constructed in a way that someone could throw everything into a bag without worrying the earbuds will be lost or broken. All in all, even with the torn ear tip, I would still recommend these earbuds. I just wish they came with a tool to make changing out the ear tips easier. I took off one star due to the torn ear tip.

Helpful
So far they have been pretty helpful.I used them when cleaning with a very loud carpet cleaner and they helped a lot. They are comfortable to wear once you choose the correct tip size. There are three sizes included.Plus the storage container is cute!Thank you.

Noise reducing ear plugs oriented towards reducing sound to more comfortable levels
These are interesting ear plugs, reusable in that they utilize the type of ear plugs that you find on many of the older earbuds, silicone mushroom shaped plugs. They work well in reducing sound, but don't block out the level of sound that moldable safety plugs block out. They appear to be designed more for creating a more comfortable level of sound without blocking everything out, such as for sleeping or attending a music event. They will definitely create more safety in a loud environment, but they seem to be oriented towards a day-to-day wearing. I did find it a bit of a challenge to swap out the plugs that were already attached to the little earpieces, pulling off the the installed ones and then trying to push on a different sized set from the selected sizes provided. You have to turn the mushrooms inside out and twist the earbud onto the stem, and it took a bit of effort in time. The good thing is is that once you get the proper size on, you likely won't have to go through that again since that's the size you've chosen for the earplugs. They are small and very low key, there's a good chance people won't really notice them in your ears unless they are specifically looking towards your ear canals.

Pretty comfortable
These did not block out a ton of sound, but they were pretty comfortable and unobtrusive.
