I am impressed! I find it very comfortable to use on the hands - certainly on the wrists, over traditional pushups. As easy to use as you would imagine it to be. The build quality feels great. It has a cool look and feel to it, given the wood construction over typical plastic. Every time I pick it up, it feels like something I bought in 1996. Just built really nicely. And I hope this lasts that long!

This is a solid wood board with positionable handles for strengthening arms, shoulders, and abs with the most efficient and economically correct method of doing push ups. The portable design allows you to take it and use it wherever desired, and it works very well. There are a myriad number of angles and width positions available for the handles, along with color coded diagrams printed on the face, making it easy to position them in the correct sockets, and without using tools. The handles fit the base snuggly enough to eliminate any wobble or shaking, but can still be readily removed for transport or repositioning. There are enough different widths and angles available to allow for targeted exercises for the training of specific muscle groups. This is a well made device and deserves your consideration for adding to your work out routine.

And it works out the corresponding parts of your body based on board. We’ve tried other versions of these kinds of products, but they were plastic and flimsy. This wooden one is much better!
