Boerboel Dinner Bowl
I purchased this feeder to elevate the height at which my Boerboel eats her dinner. She's one who likes to scarf her food like she's never been fed before, so we started with adding a slow feeder insert into one of the bowls. However, I have found the base section has been more successful in helping slow her down when she eats. The bowls are a bit small for feeding my big dogs, but when I am not using the base for food, I use both bowls for water. I can also use the section meant to hold the smaller bowls for a larger mixing bowl allowing for more capacity to hold water. The spill sides do capture the majority of anything spilt, which is nice. It's not perfect, but I don't expect anything to be with such sloppy eaters/drinkers. We use a silicone mat under this item to catch anything it misses. She gets water, eggs, and supplements added to her food. If I didn't add the water, I am not sure this would be as successful in adjusting the speed that she scarfs down her food. The top portion is not the easiest to clean, but I suppose if it was attempted with a pipe cleaner, or smaller bottle washer, it may work out better. I recommend trying it out, for smaller to Mastiff size dogs, but am hesitant to say it would work well for house horses like GDanes or similar sized pups. <3

my dog moves the elevated bowl, i love the lack of mess. good size for my husky german shepherd mix who seems to be on the smaller end of the spectrum in comparison to other dogs of that breed. the bowls seem to be good quality metal bowls. and overall the whole thing is light weight and easy to move if need be.

Dog loves this raised dish
Our great Pyrenees border collie mix loves this feeding table. He no longer has to bend down to eat or drink and it is great for containing messes as the food falls onto the tray not on the floor. The water also stays on the tray but those jowls well..u know.

My Golden love this and so do I! Very Sturdy
This product is very easy to use and is very sturdy. My last dog bowl holder kept tipping over every time I would fill up the water bowl more than half way. It was ridiculous. We purchased this for our 82 pound Golden and it is very sturdy and is a great height for him to eat and not have to bend his head. We absolutely love the quality of this product. I am not using the bowls that came with it as we had our own bowls that nicely fit this holder as well. I would definitely buy this again. And it keeps the food off the floor.

Max height is not correct :(
I specifically chose this elevated food/water stand because the Max. height is supposed to be 14.57". This measurement is not actually correct. I would expect that measurement to be the height at which the bowls are, it is actually the height of the raised edge that goes around the sides and back of the stand. I'm going to have to add something to the bottom of each of the legs to raise it an additional 2 1/2" to 3 ". I have a tall German Shepherd with degenerative disc disease who has a hard time bending down. His current stand is 15" tall, but is pretty beat up.
