There are 3 different strength rehab tools. Since I had a fracture in my hand, my 2 fingers have lost some strength in my left hand. therefore only the lowest lb ring or green bands were the best for me. the other larger lb rings (blue & orange) were not used. Maybe in the future I can use. But good tool to get my hand/fingers stronger.

This product was purchased for my carpal tunnel injury it is perfect with recovery my husband suffered an injury in his wrist and he was able to get more feeling in his wrist

Meant for the hands of a newborn baby. Amazon said I bought these before, they must have been bigger then because I've never seen anything like this. Good price but too small.

A great workout for your hands! Three levels, the 2nd & 3rd levels are difficult. Definitely worth the money!
