good
Not sure what exactly I was expecting. All the basics are here. if you know nothing about caching this book is good. If you already know some about it and want to learn a thing or two in the process this book will add something to your brain database on the subnect. If you already think a lot about caching and / or have already started you probably won't learn much new. Wished it was longer and more comprehensive also.. But then it would need to be called something like 'the ultimate guide to caching'.

Typical fare from Ragnar-
I happen to enjoy his sense of humor and writing style, other's mileage will vary. Some good ideas on constructing caches and discouraging detection, seems to be overall solid advice. I have not put any of them into practice yet but should probably do so before TSHTF-

more of a history of caching than instructive.

Down and dirty
A little out of date but still worth a look because there's always somthing to learn and adapt to your own system. The thing that makes this somewhat out dated is the advent of vacuum bags, but applied with the system in this book works out very well.

Little outdated
Overall a good start but outdated and needs a serious update as technology has changed. The principles however are still approprriate.

What Guns?
I like reading Ragnars books. He is easy to follow, and has alot of historical facts to share. If you are concidering putting anything out of sight, you should read this first.
