It's Chinese but well worth the cost. Very sturdy and wheels roll smooth. Gonna buy 2 more.

I work in Aviation, where rolling stools don't last long due to the harsh environment! I've gone through at least a dozen stools in the past 40+ years, and this is the best stool yet! Because of the variety of work I do, my stool needs to have a wide range of heights to prevent my back from hurting. Most stools I buy rarely make it to six months before literally falling apart due to the 300+ pound folks who borrow them! When I read that the FreakyFit stool was built for heavy use, They weren't kidding! This thing is built like the proverbial tank! I have no doubt that this stool will last for years, not months!The only thing I changed was the wheels. The threaded shank on the wheels is short for permanent mounting without coming loose, and the composition is a bit hard to use on softer surfaces, which is not an issue for most folks. Rolling around on carbon fiber floorboards, I needed a wider and softer wheel to prevent damaging the floorboards.The drink holder, which I thought I would never use, is a permanent fixture on my stool, compliments of a couple of washers and self-taping screws. The cup holder holds all kinds of small tools and parts, while the tools tray holds several larger tools and battery-powered tools.I find that the longer I use this wonderful stool, the more I respect the time it took to design it! if you're looking for a heavy-duty rolling stool, you won't do better than this jewel!

First off, no instructions. It wasn't difficult to assemble but no instructions? Other than that it seems to be a great product. I was looking to replace my $50 cheap stool. There was a cool looking one for $450+, a bit much for my usage. This unit looked sturdy and hit the price point!

Thus is a heavy duty chair that feels like good quality material.Easy to assemble and moves around well but it's not for us short kings. At 5' 7" My feet can't touch the ground flat on the lowest setting.For all my tall bros, this is a great chair and will hold your weight well and provide a lot of convenience. Back saver

This is a solid stool. Well built, sturdy and comfortable. Quick and easy to put it together. It does wiggle a bit when it's all the way up but just slightly. The range is quite good, it works specially well when you have workbenches or desks in the shop. It has virtually eliminated a tall stool I had for the computer. Unfortnately, it came with some damage, and the email provided for costumer service doesn't work so I give it 4 stars. Otherwise, I would give it 5.EDIT: I HAVE LOWERED MY REVIEW TO 1 STAR. AFTER 3 DAYS OF GENTLE USE, ONE OF THE WHEELS THREAD GOT COMPLETELY DESTROYED AND THE WHEEL FELL OFF. I WEIGHT 180LB... SEE PHOTO. I FIND IT ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS THAT A $130+ STOOL WON'T LAST 3 DAYS WITH AN AVERAGE WEIGHT MAN. ON TOP OF THAT, THE COSTUMER SERVICE EMAIL ON THE USER MANUAL HAS BEEN DEACTIVATED.

Update: FreekyFit had excellent customer service, acknowledged the problem and took care of the issue! I would not hesitate to do business with them in the future.Like another review that I saw on here (after buying) I have problems with the wheels falling out. The threads are stripped. I used the stool with light to moderate use on a hard, smooth floor. I was shocked when one of the wheels started to constantly fall out. I tightened all the wheels, and two minutes later one popped out again. Close inspection showed the threads were completely stripped. I was really disappointed as the stool was not cheap. I love the features, it has the perfect height range and is otherwise nice. The sub-par casters and hardware render the product useless however.

Product arrived late but not holding that against the manufacturer. Put it together and expected quite a bit for the price but i was quite underwhelmed. Quality of the powder coat was meh, and the seat cushion isn’t anything worth appreciating. Cheaper seats have way more comfort for sure. Wheels can hold a lot of weight, but they don’t roll or swivel very well which is really important to me. The detachable drink holder and tool holder falls off easily, but was fixed with a simple self tapping screw. The basket below is hard to reach anything in it due to the mesh metal over it, who h makes it sort of useless. For some background, i had a cheap seat with great padding before and it was great until the wheels got messed up. I replaced the wheels with roller blade type wheels and had an awesome seat until it broke at the seat welds. I decided to upgrade and spend some money on this seat and i truly wish i had just gone cheap and gotten some better wheels. I’d price this seat at MAYBE 1/2 of the list price and even then i would replace the wheels.

Received this garage stool today. It is well built, very solid. It looks great as well. Comfortable seat, rolls smoothly and is just want I wanted! Worth every penny.
