XSPCRayStorm Neo Intel CPU Water Block Chrome

Hi All.I bought the Raystorm Neo and it looks great, the build quality is good and it has a weighty copper heat sink.BUTI'm using it with a PWM D5 pump and find that as the pump varies 50 - 80%, there is a 'drone' noise emanating from the block.The Neo has an internal deflector plate on the in-flow port which directs water flow to the left side of the block.As the pump spins up and down, it's causing a vortex which induces a low frequency 'drone'. (like old house windows)It's a noticeable noise and now I am aware of it, I hear it all the time. I'll end up replacing this block.Springs, washers and lock down nuts are cheap looking. At this money I'd expect stainless.Overall - Looks the part, though I'll look for one with a deeper block and better flow next time.2/5

This knocked 3C off my Apogee XT block temps and looks great.2 more extras, it wont block up frequently due to the straight through flow design and I can see when it needs a clean.
