Perfect Quality
The quality of the product without any questions, is just lovely. The keychains are even coloured and just. The binding of the keychain and the quality of the mug is very good.

Some items are not in great condition
The badge had stains on it which did not go away even after washing also the mug has ink stains on the bottom of it which also refuse to go after washing and lastly the key tag the metal part used is defective one as it has wierd rust on it like how a long years of used one would have now why would a brand new ordered one have any damage or defect in it ? Ask that question yourself since you failed to give a product in great quality.
