So I know these say "Aluminum" in the description, but I was skeptical because sometimes you buy something that claims to be metal and it turns out to be just plastic with a thin coating of metal foil or paint. But these are solid metal. The stickies were from 3M. I made the mistake of just eyeballing the alignment of 2 hooks and the adhesive immediately and strongly gripped the door. It's a good thing we're on a 5-year lease in this office because I'm not sure the hooks will ever come off. And they look great too.

You can’t go wrong buying these. My kids have them on their desks for their heavy book bags. The hook is thick and smooth. The glue tabs are strong and don’t move once you put it on. I bought the four pack and we used the other hooks for other heavy items in their rooms and we’ve had them up for the past two months. Great hooks, but them already!

As a full time artist I have a ton of work just lying around, so hanging stuff up makes space. My paintings are Not heavy! They weigh less than 10lbs and that’s with an epoxy finish on them. My heaviest painting weighs 7.9lbs and it ripped the drywall clean off. This is after cleaning and waiting the 24 hours for the hooks to set. I highly recommend just pounding 1-2 nails and saving the face of your wall. Not to mention, these do Not come with a replacement adhesive either! So once it’s used and has been ripped off, you have to go through numerous steps to make and replace it with a new one. Utterly useless product and shouldn’t be rated anywhere near where it is. This product couldn’t support 8lbs, it’s false advertisement pretending it can support 30.

I have some adhesive hooks in different colors that I purchased on Amazon. Since I am dealing with a space issue and am a clean freak I don't want my O'Cedar broom or dustpan on the floor. Unfortunately, while the adhesive hooks look nice, they could not take the weight of the broom and dustpan. Saw this nice looking heavy duty adhesive hook in rose gold. I wasn't expecting much. To my surprise it's been weeks and it's holding strong. I like the strength and the color so much I am going to purchase a few more.

They work extremely well on drywalls but not so much on wood panels. Still a good value and set of hooks.

I love this size hook for hanging lightweight coats, bags and hats in my bedroom closet and very handy in my salon suite. Helpful to stay neat and organized. Adhesive has been great so far and they look nice, not cheapy metal look.

Soooooo, I gave it a shot- even though the box said these don’t stick to paint or wallpaper… pray tell, where am I supposed to stick them? Also, it’s a double hook and fell within minutes of putting two hoodies on the hooks. Probably going to return them. Sad cuz they’re pretty.

Uses 3M backing. Holds to the weight stated with no problems. Would purchase again!!
