I have ordered the kadai with lid as shone in my order however I got it without lid i have put it for replacement but nothing is being done since so long,please look into the matter immediately

The product details are triply tasla with lid. But no lid is provided along. Inspite of replacement order,lid is still missing. Tasla quality is excellent. If you only want tasla without the lid then undoubtedly get it home. The description is misleading that lid is included.finishing is superb. Heavy weight. Hammered design is looking very classy.
