This stuff is incredible. I’ve used everything from Abreva, to Mederma cold sore patches - nothing seemed to work. On the last day of a stressful trip I started to feel the dreaded tingle, and normally shortly after that a city of tiny liquid bubbles moves to town. Had to catch a flight and was unable to go to the store but did a rush order of this on Amazon so it’d be on the ready by the time I arrived home. Read about this product in a review for the Mederma patches actually, I didn’t have high hopes as I mentioned above that nothing else had seemed to work. A reviewer on this product said that they applied it like 10x a day and that it was effective when applied that way. Not even kidding, woke up the next morning after applying the product multiple times the previous day, and it could pass as being just a blemish. I’d take that any day over the massive sore that normally shows up! I should also mention I took a SuperLysine supplement along with this. Might be a good combination, hope this review helps someone! (Supplement is from Quantum Health if anyone was interested, found it from another reviewer here on Amazon lol) Didn’t snap a before picture, but this is how it looks on day two - not too shabby!

This is my first time using this product. The reviews did not lie. I definitely seen a difference in one day of using it. And I don’t know if anyone else experienced this. But once you put it on it turns white as it’s removing the infection from the cold sore. 10 out of 10 do recommend!
