I've been taking this product for over 2 months now. As with most supplements, it's hard to know for sure what effect it's having, but I generally have felt more energetic since beginning to take this. My joints have been less achy, too. I was hesitant to buy this, because I don't like swallowing pills and they're not small, but I actually have no issues with swallowing them. I've heard a lot about the health benefits of olive oil, but there's so many calories in that and taking too much can cause gastrointestinal issues. There's a lot of research that's been done on the active ingredients in this product that suggests potential health benefits, and there's no calories and I haven't had any stomach problems, so I definitely think it's worth taking it. I checked with my physician to be sure, and she gave me the green light. Of minor note, this supplement is the only one I leave out next to my coffee maker to help me remember to take my supplements and other medications in the morning. All the other bottles are really unsightly, but this one is pretty and fits right in with my aesthetic. Just based on how I've been feeling lately, I definitely recommend giving this product a try. I know it's correlative, but I think this product could really have something to do with the improvements I've been noticing in my body.

I’ve read taking olive oil is very healthy so I decided to try these. Each batch is numbered and you can tell a lot of care went into it. All natural and they digest really easy and no after taste. I was feeling a little punk with the weather changes and while taking these, I noticed I felt better. So they definitely help my immune system. Glad I tried them.

The two chemicals that are so good for you are concentrated in these pills. I prefer because olive oil in the amount I need daily has way to many calories.

This arrived quickly after ordering, and I found that my sometimes sensitive stomach has tolerated this supplement well! I love Mediterranean food, and olive oil in particular and wanted to try these to maximize the benefits of olive oil. Easy to take, tasteless/odorless and certainly quality ingredients, and I feel like I am benefiting from it! Definitely recommend!

If you beak open a capsule and taste the powder, it does not to me have the type sharp flavor that others describe as what is characteristic of the type of olive containing the key sought after ingredient. HOWEVER, I have noticed a significant impact of this item. It probably is legitimate.〰️〰️〰️〰️12.15.2024 Update:The first batch I received had capsules with a seal around the middle of each capsule, making tampering modification quite difficult. Every bottle since my first order has had capsules which were easy to open. Because the 5mg is a combo of two chemicals, it is impossible to know how little Oleocanthal is actually in a dose. It could be merely 1ppm, grossly insignificant. But nevertheless, even if every two capsule dose had all 5mg as Oleocanthal, this is still a small amount for the > $1 per dose. This product is quite a-bit like the > $1 per day dolphin🐬C-15 length fatty acid pills of longevity. The cost is much higher than the guarantee of minimally effective dose. It might be legitimate, but the high cost deserves better proofing presented and quantity per capsule. It you have money to burn, it probably would not hurt to take it, but there are other herbs offering superior benefits at a fraction of the cost of this, like the many chlorogenic acid herbs as well as other herbal anti-inflammatories. That being said, I am not wealthy, but I will likely buy more of these simply because I do not have many years before slipping into the grave, and I want to maximize my potential quality of mentation to keep me out of a nursing home where everyone who goes there, eventually dies there...! Olive Leaf extracts also contain Oleocanthal without the caloric fats. It would. ot surprise me if the manufacturer of this product actually extracts from leaves instead of olives. There are high quality olive leaf extracts at a fraction of the cost of this. As for it's anti-cancer/tumor properties, the dose minimally needed is probably much larger than what is in this > $1 per dose. For anti-cancer, try putting your money instead on AHCC which helps create Natural Killer Cells, which recognize and attack cancer cells. Also, Magnolia bark has a chemical which interferes with cancer proliferation. These are easily available here on Amazon and I have bought and used both. But the best anti-cancer approach is to change one's dietary habits to an environment less favorable for Cancer, such as using the sugar allulose which does not spike insulin nor does it feed cancer cells. So in conclusion, I like what this product advertises to offer, but at this point I cannot give 5 stars because of the above stated reasons. Good luck to you the reader, and God bless you always.
