Great when used with TV and CURRENT model Bluetooth headphones that support aptX - very low latency
I use my 1Mii B03+ in Transmit mode, and am very happy that with it and aptX compliant low latency Bluetooth headphones it has very low lag that is great when watching films, concerts, dance, sports, and other performances!I bought it because my TV's built in Bluetooth 5.0 had horrible lag where you would see a baseball hit the bat and fly across the field and THEN a second later hear the crack of the bat. The TV's Bluetooth latency was so bad that watching action movies or sports or dance performance or even conversations was very frustrating. The 1Mii B03+ WHEN USED WITH BLUETOOTH HEADPHONES THAT SUPPORT aptX low latency solved the latency problems. This 1Mii B03+ WHEN USED WITH BLUETOOTH 5.3 or BLUETOOTH 5.4 headphones that support aptX low latency avoids the delay between what is seen on the TV screen and what is heard through the headphones!PLEASE NOTE that the only headphones where I got very low latency were those with aptX support! I've tried several Bluetooth headphones and some "Bluetooth Speakers" and for best results you need to make sure that you aren't matching connecting older Bluetooth 5.0 and even some Bluetooth 5.1 or 5.2 headphones or surround back speakers as you can get what sound like echos. If you want to use it with your TV it has Digital Optical as well as 3.5mm analog stereo inputs and I've used it with both inputs without any difficulty. The unit has a long range, which in my experience is both good and bad.The Good part of long range - It has excellent coverage in a 1,100 apartment with a strong signal everywhere in the apartment. The Bad part of long range - A couple of neighbors complained that when I turned it on their Bluetooth devices dropped their connection. I thought that was strange, so I tried duplicating their experience with three different Bluetooth devices and found the same thing happening with my other devices. My solution was to change the orientation of the antennas so that both antennas are horizontal, with the left antenna pointed to the left, and the right antenna pointed to the right. This apparently decreases the received power and lowers the range enough that while I can still have complete coverage in my apartment, my neighbors no longer have their Bluetooth connections drop when I turn on the transmitter. If you are in a single family home, you shouldn't run into this issue. In addition, I purchased a special power strip from Amazon - ECG-7MVR Energy Saving Surge Protector with Autoswitching Technology, 7 Outlet - and I plug the TV into its "Control" outlet and the 1Mii B03+ into a "Switched" outlet, and then I adjust the sensitivity of the "Control" outlet so that when the TV is turned on the power to the "Switched" outlets is turned on, and when the TV is turned off, the power to the "Switched" outlets is turned off. That way, the 1Mii B03+ is only powered on when my TV is turned on.Overall I'm very happy with the 1Mii B03+ and am thrilled to have almost zero lag between what is seen on the TV screen and what is heard through my aptX compliant Bluetooth headphones.

Quite useful!
The 1Mii B03+ is a little gamey to figure out at first, but once you have done it, it all clicks. This unit can serve as a broadcaster or a receiver. The versatility is great, but I only needed the broadcaster. We bought this because when my Mom moved in with us, we couldn't sleep while she watched TV late into the night. We got her a nice set of headphones, and the Mii.The sound quality is great, and the latency is low. The only drawback is that we have to turn off the unit in order to keep it from randomly finding bluetooth devices to pair with. I'm sure that has something to do with something I'm missing, but it still keeps me from giving it 5 stars.I would buy this again. It was worth it, and the quality is good.

The Best Transmitter/ Receiver You’ll Find
In short this is a great transmitter/ receiver and the best I have tried. Lag is unnoticeable even when using the high definition audio mode. With the on-screen display, pairing is a snap. A more detailed review follows.I purchased this because I live in an apartment and I generally listen to my music and TV with headphones as not to disturb my neighbors. I had another brand”s transmitter / receiver that worked well for years, but I had to get a new one when it had trouble pairing. Specifically, I wanted a device that had a display to select devices with which to pair as I experienced a lot of Bluetooth interference where I lived. This was among the most purchased and best reviewed of those transmitter/ receivers with a display. My item came packaged in card box; Included were the transmitter /receiver, an optical cable, a 1/8” male-male stereo cable, a usb power cable, a wall plug to USB adapter, and the instructions.Set up is fairly straightforward. The TV audio out connects on the audio in side and your stereo (or what ever device you normally send audio to) connects on the audio out side. I should note that while the device supports both optical audio and a more traditional 1/8” stereo cable, you can’t cross these in bypass mode. i.e., if you use the optical cable for input, the optical cable has to be used for output for bypass to work.Pairing devices to the transmitter is a snap. Press the search button and an on screen display will show available devices. Pressing the “ok” button will pair the transmitter with the device. Upon turning on the transmitter mode the device automatically will pair with the last device(s). The transmitter can pair with two devices and I have had no issues doing so.Once set up the device has two modes, transmitter/ bypass, and receiver. In transmitter mode you can both transmit and have music go to your stereo. There are two sound modes, low latency and high fidelity. In the low latency mode, lag is minimized sacrificing some sound quality. In the high definition mode, audio quality is prioritized at the expense of some lag. The former mode requires headphones that can support low latency. Either way sound quality is fine and the lag isn’t noticeable.I’ll rate this for five stars, for the quality of the sound and low latency and display for Bluetooth pairing. So if you are looking for a transmitter/ receiver, I recommend this one.

Save money
It works with 1 device ok. If you connect 2 then it looses paring with power fail. I never got it working as through put and bluetooth at the same time. Also if you connect optical you must use optical out. Maybe it does not have a dac. I guess for the price it is OK to have on hand for a special situation that may come up to juryrig something together for a party or something but definitely useless as an everyday driver for your needs. I will give 2 star instead of 1 and asking for a refund because I am going to keep it just in case I need it to rig something up.
