Can someone help me with it it just doesn't work. Keep flashing 5 times the red light and it is supposed to be closed as directed

It really struggled to blend up a mixture of freezing fruit and milk. Even when I removed quite a bit of the item and fully charged it, it just didn’t have an easy time mixing the ingredients. It’s attractive and the price point with the coupons and such is good. It would be better for mixing protein power and such than making smoothies with frozen ingredients tho. Also the port for the charging cable is really narrow. The charger it comes with has an extra long tip, so it doesn’t work with more cables, you really have to use the one it came with. I’ve used other portable blenders that worked better, but this one is more affordable.

I’ve been trying to make it work for months, finally gave up.

This little blender is small but mighty. I blended some protein powder with my frozen blueberries, some water and even a few small ice cubes. It blended them just right. It's not even very noisy doing it. It's easy to clean by just blending some water. I especially like that it is rechargeable. I can easily take it with me on trips. A good find for me.

This is a small personal blender that is just okay. It doesn't hold a whole lot so be careful not to overpack it. It blends fresh fruits better than frozen because the motor isn't the best. It charges well with the USB cord but be mindful to charge it frequently if you plan on using it on a regular basis.

This product could be amazing with some minor tweaks. Sometimes what ever your blending can get caught in the sides which makes it really hard to blend. The blades are good but it’s hard to blend frozen fruits, it will take about 5 blends. Overall I do enjoy this blender but it needs some tweaks

Not much of a smoothie drinker, but I love a blended coffee, so I was really excited to try out this portable blender. It's very a cool concept, and the blender is powerful, yet lightweight and casual enough to carry around instead of a to-go coffee cup.When the blender works - it's great, but after a month of the blender intermittently not working, or charging, I'm ready to give up on what's turned into a really high-maintenance relationship with a blender.It has quite a few quirks, all of which end in the same result -1. The blender is temperamental and won't start if overfilled, if the cap isn't screwed on just right and the bottom isn't aligned just right.2. This blender is incredibly sensitive to liquid near the base, to a weird degree considering it's meant specifically to use for handling liquids. Even after taking a lot of precautions to keep it as dry as possible, it has stopped working for days on end over a sink water splatter.3. The plug-in connector is wonky, and doesn't plug in securely while charging.
