Excellent, high Quality and SAFE materials: LEAK PROOF
Excellent, high Quality and SAFE materialsHas a unique design of locking lid which is absolutely sealed very well (turned ;liquid upside down, not even a drip!)High quality and specified as SAFE metal and seal material.Keeps for very cold for considerably longer than 'a plastic box'(personally would not use in a microwave, as with other 'takes too long' comments)SUMMARY:Great as keeping food COLD for much longer and LEAK PROOF.WOULD highly recommend.

Great sealed dish but too hot to hold
The metal heats up too much and I can’t actually hold the dish.

Plastic burnt after 4x in the microwave + horrible customer service
Zero star if possible. Claims can be used in the microwave with the lid popped open for up to 2 mins- I had mine for a month and a half, used a total of 6 times, 4 times in the microwave for 2 mins max- and the lid burned. Proper burn where I can no longer reuse and you can still smell the toxins from the burnt plastic bit. Very disappointing as I followed instructions. I reached out to customer service who was not very helpful at all and gaslights me that it was all wear and tear and they can’t provide any warranty. I don’t recommend at all.

A very good lunch box....with some rather large drawbacks
What do you get? The lunchbox arrives with just a simple cardboard band around it detailing instructions, warnings and information about the lunchbox. The lunchbox itself is just like the photographs, a metal body with a plastic "lid" with a silicon seal and a "vacuum lock" button. The lunchbox is a good quality item, the metal body was unblemished and the base has a slight arc to it lifting the centre. The lid doesn't seal around the body as the vast majority do but instead sits inside and on the edge of the body. It seals well....very, very well to the point that you find yourself checking if the vacuum seal button hasn't been released. It's also very easy to re-engage the vacuum lock when trying to remove the lud. That said it would take a lot to make this lunchbox leak, probably catastrophic damage to the plastic lid.The instructions to detail that while microwave safe this shouldn't be put in the microwave for longer than 2 minutes, probably because how much the metal heats up. It also states scratches and damage to the metal body could result in sparking when used in the microwave. The 2 minute limit brings up the first problem with this lunchbox, you can expect to at least double how long it will take to heat up food over a simple plastic container. In a time of energy efficiency and cost saving it isn't a great feature of the product. 2 minutes in my usual plastic container and I need to let the food cool a little, 2 minutes in this and it's tepid at best.Additionally the metal above the level of the food will get very, very hot. This makes it a pain (quite literally) to get the lid off if you've left it on. The metal body is very smooth with little to grip and getting leverage on the lid is very difficult, you have a good chance of launching the lunchbox and contents across the room when it finally releases. Those with arthritis or similar issues might find this very difficult to open if not impossible.I thought about using it in one of those heated lunchbox to reheat the food but the arced floor of the metal body means it wouldn't make good contact with the heated base inside. So that's a non starter. So this is a very good quality product, well made and practical but it's biggest feature (being able to use in a microwave) is also it's biggest drawback. I wanted to give this 4 stars but at this price I have to reduce it to 3. If you need a microwaveable lunchbox there are better options out there (plastic ones).
