HINGED are 25mm Total length and 5mm diameter(width). There are 50 hinges in the pack.

Q: Are these tight or loose?

If you use a .5mm drill bit (highly recommended) they are snag but not tight. You will still need to epoxy them into your project.

Q: Two Questions: Do these stop at 90 degrees? Is there a load/weight limit?

You need to put a 45° chamfer on the back of the top and bottom of the box. This makes it possible to open the box, and creates a stop at 90°.
