10dB more 4G signal when added to BT Hybrid Connect.
The antennas were very easy to attach to my BT Hybrid Connect. If the antennae are left “straight” it is ever so easy to screw them onto the SMA sockets on the back of the BT Hybrid connect by rotating them along their length. As always with SMA connectors I was careful not to cross thread them. Make sure you buy the SMAs with centre pins! If the antennae SMAs are as tight as possible with fingers, then you can adjust the angles easily without them slipping down.I installed mine at 45° to the vertical each side, pointing sideways outwards from the Hybrid Connect, so they were 90° to each other in a ‘V’ shape. This is optimal for 4G signals, which send double the data by using cross-polarisation. One signal is at +45° to the vertical, and the other at -45° to the vertical, giving 90° between the two.The BT Hybrid Connect gives a signal strength output (in dBm) accessed using BT Hub manager. From ‘Home’ in the hub manager, click on the box which says ‘Hybrid Connect’.And now - my tests. I tested mine on the window sill of my downstairs Office. Being careful to keep the BT Hybrid Connect in EXACTLY the same position I compared the signal strength of the BT unit with and without these antennae, and repeated my measurement a few times. There is always a variance of a couple of dB due to how near I was to the unit, and how the wires (power and ethernet) to the unit were laid out.Without antennae I got -110 dBm, and with antennae I got -99dBm. The dBm measurement is relative to 1 milliwatt received, so -99dBm is 11dB MORE than -110dBm, because they are negative numbers in both cases. This means that 10x the power was received with the antennae than without. For £9.99 I paid, these antennae were an excellent addition to the BT Hybrid Connect. They are well made and do the job. 100% recommended.

Good product
Antenna work, get decent speed and signal strength in area surrounded by concrete.Bought these as antenna with router were damaged, 4G+ bands are not picked up well though router switchers back to 4G which the default router antennas could pick up.

Noticeable improvement on speed
Great improvement all round, less ping and more consistent speeds compared to the ones the router came with. Much more sturdy too, stops the cat knocking them sideways!Technical details: I swapped these on a TP LINK MR600 from the default antennae and saw an improvement on RSSI and RSRP.Before swapping:RSSI: -76RSRQ: -9RSRP: -103SNR: 19.4After swapping:RSSI: -73RSRQ: -9RSRP: -101SNR: 19.0

Didn’t improve signal
Looked a good product, easy to instal. Unfortunately did not make any difference to signal.

Helped my EE Hybrid connect
My hybrid connect was only on one bar. These boosted the signal to 2 bars so I’m happy

Do they make any difference?
I am not sure they make any difference to my BT unbreakable router. Signal strength does not improve but it’s definitely no worse so will leave them on. If you are expecting a huge improvement these won’t deliver
