CyclopsUTILITY/FLASHLIGHTS CYC-LF200 Flashlight

Good product. Slightly luminous.

It seems to be made well and of quality materials. I put a caribiner on it so I can attache it to things.I took off a star for two reason: It is too heavy for back packing. It would work better as a lamp if you could hang it from the other end, perhaps over a table and let some of the flashlight illuminate the table below.

These lights are very compact and very bright for such a small light. I will have no issues lighting up an entire tent at night or using it as a small lantern for the camp sight. These are also great for backpacking due to their light weight and small size. The body of the light is also all metal with a metal loop on top for hanging. The flashlight portion is very bright as well and has a good solid lens. It is also adjustable for a wider (or narrower) beam. Overall, this thing is a fantastic bargain. I purchased three of them, one for a Christmas gift and the other two for myself. It is extremely likely I will be buying more for more gifts.

After very little use the cyclops started going into strobe mode every time it is turned on. Not very useful.

This is a good flashlight but I was a little disappointed with the way the hanger was made, I have an older style where the hanger is built into the flashlight and is out of the way.
