Work great in soap

Generous size for a cheap price. Great for teeth whitening, (way better than bogus items made by toothpaste companies). The first time I bought activated charcoal it was a jar about a quarter this size and twice the price. That lasted me about 5 years for just brushing. It's also great for extracting toxins from the skin by mixing with water, and also putting in capsules to help clean out your system. Very useful right now with all of the heavy metal nanoparticles and micro plastics in our food, water and air.

You better put this in a bag before opening, for some reason my can was pressurized and shot it all over my kitchen. This stuff is as fine as printer cartridge toner and a pain to clean up! I ended up spending 2 hours getting this stuff out of every crack on my stove and kitchen tiles.

I have used this for a week and already feel better. I mix only 1/4 teaspoon in 10 ounces of water. I rather drink small amount through out the day.
