support is good although build quality is cheap plastic however working fine. Although my ac has eco, Normal and power mode being an inverter ac. which is not there in IR blaster

Freezing problem
I don't what the problem is, it goes to standby mode or it freezes after 2 commands. I have to reboot it everytime. If it is left without use, it freezes in 2 minutes. I am just fed up.

Works well in the same way as similar products available in Amazon at a higher price. Able to control and setup programmed timer function for any infrared remote controlled devices using SmartLife app

Won't pair with my new Voltas AC
Very difficult to pair, real headache to use. Replacement sent, which was a used one (dust was seen near USB port and lot of finger smudges)
