To my dismay, they have shown zero willingness to replace or repair the defective item.I spent a significant amount - 4500 rupees - on these shoes, and the fact that they couldn't even last a year is incredibly frustrating. This experience has left me questioning the quality and durability of Skechers products.I am deeply disappointed with both the product and the lack of support from the company. I trusted the Skechers brand for its reputation, but this purchase has shattered that trust completely. I would strongly advise against investing your hard-earned money in Skechers shoes, as they do not deliver on their promises of quality and durability. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment, and look elsewhere for reliable footwear.
