The chair is good and the quality is also good but the chair screw is not complete. Please check the item and then dispatch it.

I purchased two quantities during a sale, and they work well, providing good comfort and back support. In this price range, there are no competitors, making it a great value for money. I also contacted for installation and support team helped me fix it in minutes.

The back support design is going to test your back strength from all sides during assembly. Wasted 2 hours and got no where. It's quite literally the worst possible design to assemble at home. Please avoid at all costs and go from well known user friendly brands like Ikea.

Product is good. Here are some things i observed that u should consider while buying1. alignment of all screw holes is not upto mark. assembling the lower part is very easy, but fixing the back rest all by urself is a big task.2. screws to backrest for my piece is not good. not aligned properly and therefore jugaad is making sqeeking sounds3. round shape of hand rest can be pretty painful for ur legs if u have the habit of sitting on this type of chair with folded legs. if that's the case try to buy the one with T shape handrest4. comfort when kt comes to backrest is very good. good design. no complaints5. overall i won't say this is a bad product. it's a good product with some cons. but not completely disappointed. therefore 3 stars
