Simple operation,easy to clean,and makes a good brew with decent cream.

Great little coffee machine so easy to use.makes perfect coffee every time.

Dislike was the fitting of the coffee holder onto the machine. It has to have the coffee grounds pushed into the holder. Making a large cup of coffee does not seem to get the full flavour of coffee. I shall try a much stronger coffee bean! Trying the 2 cup version the second cup is s a little insipidThe machine is quick enough to dispense coffee of a weak nature!

Great coffee machine, no plastic waste or affiliation to a particular brand of coffee.

Initially working fine, nice cheap coffee machine buuuut,I was using descaling solution every so often, cleaning it every day, rinsing well the cup filter and almost gone throw about 12kg of coffe since purchase BUT one day pressure got really weak and it wouldn't make coffee anymore...just beeping after 60-80seconds and shut itself down.Nothing wrong until now, electronics are expected to fail but never seen more incompetent customer service from Innoteck.They respons is as follow :" The repair is free (if it can be repaired) but the postage is to be paid by the customer. No liability will be accepted if damaged during transit." etc.I treated it like a joke and asked Amazon to take care of it and they did.I am so upset I just want to bin the coffee machine.I do not recommend buying products from Innoteck

Cracking machine,great for the money.

Not the easiest to use so, far I've managed to get the 'foam' right on 1 occasion but will continue and persevere. Instructions leave you having to read them over and over whilst trying to follow each step. So far I've learned you cannot use the milk steamer on its own one thing that I thought would be useful for making hot milk for chocolate drinks (I wasn't aware that you couldn't at time of purchase)This may well change SHOULD I manage to fathom out what I'm doing wrong

After reading reviews I was a little apprehensive but as it turns out it is a really good little machine, makes amazing coffees and have been faultless 🤞.. the steam wand very simple to use to either heat milk or to add a smooth froth to it... Definitely recommend and I've been using mine daily now for 6 months almost..
