I use this paper for packing fragile items sold in my Etsy shop. They are perfect, and a fair price.

This product isn't just good. It is fantastic period. Right thickness and easy to use and provides great cushion for products.

I'm in the process of preparing to move and have found that newspaper actually tends to work perfectly when packing most fragile things. I still bought bubble wrap for some items - but I will be using this newsprint material for most of my packing needs. And there is a lot! Probably a lot more than I will ever need. It may make good fire-starting kindling paper if I still have plenty after the move - but it does have a somewhat shiny surface so it may be coated and therefore may not work for that application. I normally got my newspaper, as discards, from my local library and that works for shipping a few items occasionally - or when you have a new puppy. However, although they call this newsprint - I'm not quite sure that it is. As mentioned, unlike newspaper, it does have an almost shiny surface that makes it act differently than newspaper. It tends to not ball up as newspaper does - but rather it releases its form easily. I doubt it would work as newspaper for puppies - the liquid would almost certainly slide off. For packing it should be fine, though.

This packing paper was fantastic! Much cleaner than using newspaper. This big pack was more than enough for all of my dishes and breakables during a recent move.
