Was recommended these by my trainer, am a 40 + female lifter. Weight training 6 days a week. These have definitely helped with my recovery speed, DOMS and have massively helped me sleep so much better. Wouldn’t definitely recommend addin these to your supplement regime if you take your training seriously. Was a unsure at first using them, but now wish I had started using them sooner. Great stuff.

Not sure if it works, but it doesn't make me vomit immediately after ingesting like almost every other Zinc supplement does.
