These socks are honestly the best thing to happen to my feet.TLDR: Great for 'lowkey' pride of the profession. A great mental reminder of what your goal is. Super comfy, padded feet with breathable areas. Don't leave those nasty red lines as ribbed tube socks do. (It all depends on your calf size honestly. )I want to preface this by saying that I am someone who works in the Public Safety field. But due to recent events, symbols, insignia, and other marks of the profession have been censored by departments due to public optics. Even before this, I found it hard to wear clothes or find ways to show my pride in my career without looking like a clown in Target. I think my peers can agree that Tactical / LEO-marketed clothing has 2 major issues:A) The clothing is super low quality and no better than a screen-printed swap meet shirt.ORB) Insanely tacky to the point where I would only wear some shirts to the gym or to sleep. ( If I have to wear another shirt with a spartan and a blue line blasted over the front I think I might go nuts)These SOCKS however have been the best thing to happen to me in recent times. It's nice to have something that is a personal reminder of why you chose this profession. The Thin Blue Line Flag is a reminder of the oath our brothers and sisters took. Don't let the media or hearsay tell you what this means, this is OUR flag, no matter what some people may try to change the meaning too. So, being able to have the reminder at the end of the day when your take off your boot and see that flag just makes my day feel like it was worth it. No one else needs to see it, as long as I know it's there. I've even gotten some compliments in the locker room from my other coworkers. Rightfully so, these socks send a message while not being obnoxious about it.Now let's get to the other great thing about these socks. Oh My God the comfort of these is better than any overpriced Nike Pro sock you can find. The heels, sole, and toes have a nice extra cushion, while the top of the foot and shin area is thinner so that you can let the dog breathe. One of the major issues I had with plain black socks and boots is that it felt like I was lugging around brick with a sock that was either super slick and slippery to where you were practically skating in the thing. Or a sock too thick to where you would be greeted with a swap at the end of a shift. In this profession, our feet are up there in essential body parts, but I think that they are often neglected. These socks are not some magic cure-all and are not branded as orthopedic socks. But the difference they made at the end of my day was worth it.Do yourself a favor, and get a few.

I bought these socks for my boyfriend and he loved them! Honestly, I almost stole the socks away from him because of how comfortable they were. I might need to buy a few more pairs for the both of us.
