The plastic of particularly the ice molds themselves is thin, which makes getting the ice out super easy but you also have to be careful when they first come out of the freezer, I chipped one of ours but thankfully it still works fine. I just let them sit on the counter for a minute or two before I open/twist them and that seems to be better. Also I've seen people complain about the tongs that the one set comes with, but they literally work just fine. They don't look fancy but it's tongs for ice so who cares?The fill line is basically useless, it's impossible to see so I just fill them to about 2-3mm from the top and then put the lid on starting at one corner and gently press it down until the corner diagonally is on. Some reviews say they're hard to fill or don't make full spheres of ice, but I don't have that issue when I put the lid on carefully and gently. Even doing it carefully it only takes me a minute or two to get them all filled up and back in the freezer.We really like these, they make enough that we only have to refill them 2-3x/wk, and we use a lot of ice. Would definitely buy again.

Every time I have guests over, when I offer ice for drinks they decline. When they see the ice in its container, they change their mind! My family members were refusing to pour their drinks in their glasses because they wanted to show other family members the ice. It was a good laugh for me how excited they got about it. I sent them all the link to it. Highly recommend.

These trays make ice balls about an inch in diameter. I use an insulated water bottle and they are the perfect size. I use Mio water enhancer with my water so I fill one tray with a bottle of water with the Mio. That way, the Mio in my bottle doesn't get watered down as the ice melts. I buy sugar free tea and do the same thing with it.

These trays are awesome and super easy to use! We love the ice cube balls. Our freezer stopped making ice and this makes enough for us both to use for a couple days before we have to fill it back up. Get this!!

The ice cube molds themselves seem fine as I’ve only just received them, but the case to put the ice cubes and/or molds in is broken and cracked and the top does not stay on any longer. Don’t know if it is a Prime delivery issue or packaging issue but disappointing nevertheless.Update: After using the molds I very much like them - great sized ice spheres, just a shame about the container as we were hoping to replace the one we had. Not very strong plastic so I’m not surprised it showed up damaged.

Initially I was going to give this a horrible review. But then I decided to wait and honestly, I'm glad I did. Just a tip of advice, don't put the cap on the container after you've filled the ice trays for the first time. It'll make ice but not fully solid ice. I had ice balls with water in the middle and broke easily. I left the cover off and no issues since. Now the plastic is filled with ice and the ice trays are filled too sitting on top of the plastic tray. I also love the tongs it comes with. This is the next best thing to an ice maker. I think this is the best and it's affordable.

Theses Ice Cube Trays and Ice Bin is perfect for someone with Rhumatoid Arthritis in their hands. Ice is so easy to get out of Ice Trays and easy on the hands. Ice Trays does not cause any pain in the hands when emptying them. I couldn't ask for better Ice trays.

These ice ball molds are great for making ice cubes and coffee cubes. It comes with a container to store your ice rounds in. Ice rounds are usually ready in 6-8 hours.
