Time and money saver! Works great and easy set up.
This printer works great! It's affordable, just plug it into my laptop and it's ready to go. Plus you never need to buy ink. It has saved me lots of money on mail and I usually ship out 100 orders a month. I've been using it for about a year now with no issues.

Solid Choice for Labeling Needs: My Experience with the Offnova Thermal Printer
I recently got the Offnova Thermal Printer for Labels, and overall, it does a pretty good job. It prints high-quality labels, which is definitely a plus. I did spend some time figuring out the setup, but the support team was quite responsive and helped me within 24 hours, which I appreciated.I mainly use it for purchasing labels on eBay, and it works well for that purpose. I’m still figuring out how to use it for buying FedEx labels, but I'm hopeful it will come together soon. The thermal printing aspect means I don’t have to deal with buying ink, which is a nice bonus! In summary, it’s a solid printer for anyone looking for an affordable and reliable labeling solution. I think it’s worth considering if you have similar needs!

Very disappointing
The device holds a lot of promise, and fails to deliver on most of them. The printer does recognize label perforations, but that's about it. It does not differentiate to the driver any distinction between label sizes, so you're going to have to work out in mm the size of the page and the offsets. As for the drivers themselves, I tried using this with a Mac and Chromebook. With the Chromebook, the printer would only sometimes respond to a new page command, other times it would not react at all. While there's an option to get logs, the logs were 4 bytes long and effectively useless. Complicating matters is that since the printer doesn't clearly communicate it's sizes, getting Google Docs to recognize it is also a challenge. (Not that it matters, since the printer fails to print.)On the mac, after several installation attempts, i was able to sort of get it to print something, but it only worked once and then I was back to being unable to print. I'll also note that the printer loves to spit out empty labels. Also, the manual is a bit odd. The thermal element is on the top part of the printer, so the label medium needs to be facing up. I'm sure if I spent a few days fiddling with things I could probably get this to do a passable job, but I'm horrified by what sort of instruction tome I'd need to offer family members who want to use it.

Game changer. Looks cute too.
This an absolute game changer! So glad I invested in a thermal printer for my shipping labels.I've only had this teal baby for a couple of hours, but I am loving it already. I was quite hesitant to purchase this cute little printer because there were some negative reviews with people complaining that it was so difficult to set up or to get it print the labels. I'm in my fifties and have had little to no issues, though there are a few things to consider, so perhaps this will help someone.First off, I have a PC, and the driver installation was a piece of cake - download, install, approve through firewall, done. The instructions for MAC seemed to be a bit more involved and described more steps, so I cannot comment on that.I'm printing labels through ebay, and it is there that you have to adjust the label size. It's on the page where you purchase your shipping label; on the 2nd page "Ship Your Order" you can adjust the label size on the right hand side, bottom "print format" - change it to 4x6. That's all. Also, make sure the label is not upside down in the printer feed, that can be easy to miss if the backing doesn't have any writing on it, otherwise it'll spit out blank labels.Overall I found this to be a breeze to set up and get printing. It's already a massive timesaver for me and will cut postal office trips and standing forever in line.

I was hesitant at first, but just get it!
Super inexpensive and works exactly as described. No more driving across town for returns! This think paid for itself after a single use. People who voted this down literally don't know how to use a printer. Couldn't be easier.

Printer Is Very User Friendly!
I loved the simplicity and quality of this printer and its ability to print on several sized labels. After a while the roller on the printer stopped working. I reached out the the seller who was more than happy to assist. After going through their equipment test, they sent a replacement and continued to keep me informed every step up to me testing it out after it was delivered. Though I was not happy about the original issue....I know things happen and the seller graciously too responsibility and made it right and that means alot. Would definitely do business with them again!!
