We bought these to help with getting up the steps of our garage after I had knee replacement surgery. I will say that they have been a tremendous help to me, and to other older family member who visit our home. The railings are very sturdy, easy to attach to the walls (or that's what my husband said), and haven't tarnished or had any of the coating come off. They were fairly inexpensive, but no matter the cost, they have been worth it to me. This was a great purchase!

Husband installed this in our garage while I had a broken leg to help me get in and out. I felt comfortable using this while still in crutches. Very sturdy. He says it was easy to install.

I put this going down steps into the yard, which is slanted. It is helpful to everyone.

The handle design is fine for when you want a railing assist. It is not meant for heavy duty or heavy weight. I was disappointed in the quality of lags screws provided. The #2 slots striped easily and even using a ratchet, it seemed like the quality of metal of the lag screws was substandard.

Easy to install and great for two to three steps really helps me get in the house

I really like the design and it fits well on my back stairs. However, my home is brick and it was NOT an easy install. It didn't help that there are no directions and no description as to the size of the screws included. And one of the screw heads broke off, so that's embedded in my brick wall. I probably wouldn't buy this again. Thank you, Best, B
