You will be astounded by the variety and excellent flavors of these 100+ Indian recipes, whether you are a novice or an experienced cook.I really liked how the book's headers were thoughtfully arranged and how every little cooking detail was covered.I discovered a new way to make Navratan Korma and had my first taste of Lotus Stem Curry; both were fantastic!Thank you Hina for putting in hard work and sharing your recipes here.

Best Indian recipes contained in an excellent book
Hina is a very passionate and an expert connoisseur. I consider myself very lucky to have tasted a lot of her secret recipes. Now she has given us the chance to try out these by writing this book. The book has clear and precise instructions as to how to prepare recipes from different parts of India. I have tried 2 of the dishes and they have come out very well. Thanks a lot Hina for writing this and sharing this knowledge with everyone.

Urgent questions for the author!
I purchased this book on Amazon, but now find that ALL the recipes only serve 2! It is a waste of my time to cook just for one meal - I need to multiply each recipe by 3 (i.e. to serve 6 people).Do I triple all the ingredients, even the liquid, and triple even the time to pressure cook? I do not want to waste time redoing a recipe. Please ask the author to get back to me via Amazon, asap, to let me know. Many of the recipes call for Fresh fenugreek leaves. I have called some of the Indian stores close to me and none of them have fresh fenugreek leaves! Is there a substitute? Thanks.
