Liked Better than prior vitamins
The ginger gummies are great, they taste well. The other vitamins as well smell “healthy” rather than smell like processed chemicals and they are easy in my stomach. I’m not entirely positive if the lactation ones really work well, I decided to stay with sunflower lecithin as I knew it worked well with my supply.

I stopped using after a month after reading reviews that it may be making baby gassy.. make sure to read the ingredients.
