Lights, especially fluorescent, strain my eyes and cause headaches and migraines. I bought these to cover the fluorescent lights in my classroom, and I absolutely love them. They minimized the harsh light and instantly eased my eye strain. And the room isn't any dimmer. They were incredibly easy to put up. I bought the four pack just to try at first, and now, I'm going to buy more to cover the rest of my classroom lights.

I put these up in my classroom, and there's an immediate difference. The lighting is not simply dimmed, it is changed to a comfortable spectrum. Think - glaring white, softened to a light that actual gives more clarity and helps vision. Eyestrain is reduced greatly, makes concentration better.Also, my eyes are very light-sensitive in general, and I get migraines. I can tell a huge difference. I'm usually feeling tired and just turn off half of the lights if students aren't in the room. Sometimes, they would ask for me to do that. Turning off lights like that - isn't an appropriate solution. I really did my research, and this product - more than meets the needs.Now, we have lights that work better for all of us. The lights in our school are very bright. These really set the tone of the room. They lower the brightness without making it too dark. They were super easy to install.

I knew that these would make a difference in my classroom, but I was not prepared for just how much. I'm still walking in every morning and going, "Wow!" FYI: my lights are not the 2' x 4' recessed panels, but long strips about a foot wide. I found that I could tuck the sides up around the plastic covers and the magnets stuck to the ballast. They do hang down a bit, but my students like the look.

I was so excited to get these to help try and calm my crazy class this year and quickly ordered two sets of the blue. Looking back I wish I had bought the clear. It would be nice to have the lights a bit more dim, rather than blue. The lighting takes the eyes a while to get used to and looks strange for any pictures we take. I wish I had bought the clear/white but that is just a personal preference. I may just remove a few and see if that makes a difference.In regards to quality, they were easy to attach to the lights once a ladder was obtained. The magnets work well and I've never had one fall.

Love the product. Exactly as I expected. It arrived on time and it works to shield the fluorescent light from my employee who has sensitivities to fluorescent lighting. My employee had several concussions and is susceptible to migraines when the fluorescent lighting is too bright. Still allows light through; the light now projects a bluish tint through the material which softens the brightness and accomplishes the goal. Great follow up from vendor to ensure product was as I expected. I would absolutely order from this vendor again.

These light covers have helped with my headaches from the harsh lighting in my office. My lights above my computer are so bright me and my coworkers get headaches daily from the glare. I tried putting 2 in my office to cover both lights but it was too blue. One directly over my computer was perfect. I gave the other two to my coworkers and it helped them, too. I highly recommend this for softening those harsh lights.
