Nice Unit, With Decent Heat Output... but one flaw.
The media could not be loaded. Generally speaking, this is a nice looking unit. I wouldn't say its the heavy duty units you might see in some higher-end restaurants that have outdoor seating, but for the price it is good. It didn't feel cheap to me. Though, the upper cage and the lower aluminum panels are a but thin and light. Not a big deal.Heat output is good, but the spread not so much. I think you get the best heat within a 3-4 ft diameter But, it wasn't really doing much once you get to the 6 feet or more. Most of the heat is above, which is a good thing. It comes out from the top, and there's a heat shield to disperse the heat in all directions. Sitting down or standing next to it won't cause you to burn, but it does get hot if your really close. The unit is a bit heavy, but moveable. It has good functional wheels, and moving it from point A to point B is not a problem... UNLESS point B requires the use of stairs. Then you might need a second hand. Its heavy, but not THAT heavy. A single person can probably bring it up or down some steps taking it slowly, and stopping on each step. A "bigger" person can probably do it faster without issues (except that with one person its hard to grasp it in a way to prevent it from bending somewhere).I have only one gripe, and feel its really the only flaw that sort of ticked me off after putting it together. Where the propane tank goes, there's nothing to hold the tank in place. Its just a flat bottom platform. If you're not moving the unit, its not a big deal. But if you angle it too much so as to roll it on the wheels or try to bring it up or down stairs with the tank in there, the tank will just flop around on that bottom... resulting in either crashing and bending the panels, or even worse come crashing through the side panel that operates as a door held only by a magnet (it has a chain, but it still opens with the chain). In that last regard, and flaw, I guess you can probably make something to help. Which I'll be trying to do.Overall, I'm happy with the purchase. And, unless other similar units (probably made form the same place but under a different name) have something to hold the tank in place, I will probably buy more of these, to spread around the pool patio area.

Bad removable panel design
As you can see, the product looks great and it’s relatively easy to assemble, but the design on the removable panel, where you turn the unit on/off is bad. There’s a flimsy bottom bracket that already broke off in 2 of the 4 units I got!Wish they had hinges on the side on simple latched on top with magnets at the bottom (opposite of what they have now)

Great heater, great price
Needed to add a heater to our backyard shenanigans for those cold winters and after browsing several I landed on this one. It arrived in good condition with each part packaged separately in either their own boxes or plastic bag. Assembly was pretty easy, my son and i had it together in about a half hour. Only had one wing nut that didn’t want to go on and the front door knob fell off the nut but that was an easy fix with a bit of glue. She fired up easy and started heating quickly which was nice. The cover that comes with it fits around the entire unit which was also nice, I thought I was going to need to remove the hood. All in all I am very satisfied with the purchase and can’t wait to use it more in the winter time.

Great Outdoor Heater that looks Good Too
This heater was easy to assemble and looks great. I had an initial issue with the control panel/burner not working but the manufacturer sent me a replacement panel no questions asked. Since then it starts quickly, puts out great heat and adds a great ambiance to the deck with the flame tube. Solidly recommend this heater and I looked at a lot of them before I bought this one.

Ok
Not nearly the amount of heat as expected. My aunt has one that produces much more heat. Looks cool though...

Overall Great!
I purchase three of these for our backyard. They look great and come with some pretty nifty features and accessories. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 star review is because 2 out of the three units had intermittent starters/igniters. I was eventually able to all three units going, but it took several attempts. I should be able to prime and ignite the heaters as delineated in the instructions with no problems.

It's a gorgeous addition to our location and we will probably buy more
I love the looks of this thing. It doesn't put off as much heat as one of those other heaters with the huge saucer over your head, but it's certainly WAY nicer to look at. It wasn't too hard to put together. It's quite a large thing which is a bonus to me. We like it and will probably buy more.
