Love it, except when the power goes out.
Great product, for the most part. I would have given it five stars but it loses all settings when the power goes out, forcing me to change settings and get locked out of the modem every time the power goes out. That is an inconvenience. Other than that, it does what it supposed to do and I don't have to pay for a modem lease every month.

Good strong router/modem.
The modem/router supplied by CenturyLink constantly needed to be rebooted, almost every week. This modem easily runs a month or more before needing to be rebooted. It also has two antennas so sends a stronger signal throughout the house. I was able to disconnect the signal booster that was in the other end of the house.

Junk
Bought this in December to avoid C-Link monthly charges. Has a 60 day return and 1 year exchange available. This equipment barely limped across the finish line and quit on my about 90 days after delivery. When I contacted the dealer for an exchange, he wanted me to send it back to him so he can probably refurbish it again and sell it to another sucker, haha. The 1 year exchange sounds good until you factor in that you have to pay for return shipping and then send a prepaid label to have your next disappointment shipped back to you. If I had gone that route it would have totaled $70 dollars and I'd still be working off of a hotspot. C-Link will sell you one for $100 bucks with a better warranty. You get what you pay for...

Two months and it died.
Worked perfectly for two months, then it failed miserably. Good news is that Centurylink Tech Support replaced it, free of charge. Received a different model, waiting to see how this new model works. Will go back to cable modem if this unit fails: previously had in-house wiring issues, paid to have new wires run from box outside, to house; still had issues -- bad modem; new modem failed after two months. Anymore issues, and it's back to cable modem Internet service.

Great product and service
I bought 2 DSL routers from Chommy in 2018 - the first did not work with my ISP, the second one has been GREAT since. Chommy refunded the first one and was very good about it. The second router worked out of the box and has been solid ever since. This vendor is reliable and very helpful. I can recommend him and will use him again when I need to upgrade! I am writing this later because I feel it is good to give feedback, especially after using a product for a while and when the vendor has gone out of his way to give good customer service. Thanks Chommy!

Shipped wrong product and production is faulty
Ordered the Actiontec C1900A but received a Technicolor C2000T. I tried to plug it in anyway and the DSL light never turns on. I was on the phone with CenturyLink support for 40 mins trying to troubleshoot. I finally came her to report faulty product and realized they sent me not only a broken device, but the wrong damn one.

Very good condition does not mean no missing parts.
I bought this used unit that was advertised as "very good" condition. One of the rubber feet under the unit was missing, causing it to be imbalanced. Will have to find a replacement piece for that. There was also visible scratches on the unit. Definitely, not gently used. Good news is it powers on and I had no problems connecting to CenturyLink with the bonded DSL service at the contracted speeds. Wired performance remained the same as my previous ActionTec 2000A modem, but don't bother with the built-in wireless with either models. They couldn't cover my entire house, so I have a more powerful wireless access point ethernet connected to the modem, plus a wireless extender in another part of the house.

Replacement modem/router when dropping Prism
I dropped Prism and found out they wanted my router back. So I found this one and sent theirs back to them. I was disappointed with century link for wanting the router back...since I wasnt discontinuing the internet....only the prism. Luckily I found this unit which went in without a hitch.
