This can be a little hard on my stomach, jt it absolutely works. I trust this product because of its name (i hike I’m not being naive-usually I do so much more research and i will) which I know is not best idea. But I have noticed Wright gain in my race and where I want it to go. It’s not giving em a belly or anything. I love to mix it with another more natural meal replacement that gives me a look of vitamins, protein (same amount as this-20g) pro/prebiotics etc. combined I feel healthy with energy. I wish gnc added more vitamins to the weight gainer- that would make things a lot easier! Maybe they have one- again INeed to do more research, but in mean time if you’re trying to throw on some lbs this will work. Got to 154 from 145 in a week (with eating/biking/lifting-nothing crazy )

I lost a lot of weight after my wife passed. Been looking for something to help put on some poundsI found this on Amazon and it had pretty good reviews.To get 50 grams of protein you have to use a lot of it. I use two or three scoops. Zinged up with almond milk it's palatable; but I wouldn't call it tasty.The mouth feel is weird and I would describe the taste as pseudo strawberry.I'll continue to force it down because it has the calories and protein I need. Don't know if I'd buy it again.
