Works good but not complete had to make a part for missing part not in box

I bought this tarp kit from looking at a video on YouTube for easy install . There was a little mix-up with the hardware when it arrived but Mytee Products was very professional and helpful in getting it resolved. Love the tarp and working great.

Great new accessories for our five dump trailers. Exactly what we needed to limit injury to our workers. The steel is heavy duty and holds the tarps on very well. Easy install and looks professional.

What should have taken an afternoon to put together ended up being 2 different days and multiple trips to Home Depot. The crank handle part the hole to put through a bolt was misaligned causing me to spend some time trying to figure out what I was doing wrong. The bolt is also an odd 2 1/4" which made replacing it a pain as most places don't carry such an odd size. They did send me a knew part quickly, but my project was paused until new part received and another time slot for my busy schedule became open. 2nd day I was trying to attach the tarp that I purchased with the roller kit. Come to find out the bolts aren't long enough. Yet another trip to Home Depot. I had to modify my utility trailer to make this work, which was fine because I knew that going into. But I would have returned this product if I hadn't already bought material to modify the trailer for this specific roller kit. In general I find the product to be low quality especially for the price. It seems cheaply made and corners cut. For example the only thing holding the bar on the attachments is set screws. Tiny little set screws. I would have also expected the hardware to be stainless steel as the product is made of aluminum. Also the ratch itself seems like a joke. Just a thin zing plated spring holding it in place to line up with the gear. I'd guess that will rust rather fast and I'll be back to Home Depot. Would not recommend, but maybe they are all build this poorly. Nothing to compare it to.

I accidentally ordered the wrong size, sent it back got ripped off. At least the one I did get right works perfectly, so FYI DOUBLE CHECK YOUR SIZE!!!!!!
