COTEetCIBicycle Rear Rack Bag BIke Trunk Bag Rain Cover-Green

I just got back from a work cycling commute at night in the pouring rain with thunder and lightning all around me. I mean, it was an actual storm outside, the wind was really decent also and this cover protected both of my side panniers from rain so well. When I finally got home, I took off the cover and everything inside was dry! I was so happy and so surprised. As many people who buy "waterproof" items know, a lot of them aren't actually waterproof, more water-resistant, if that. This cover is actually waterproof!It's also pretty huge. I believe one of the reviewers complained that it didn't cover enough of their pannier bags, it was just too small, and I have to say, they would have to be carrying an absolutely mammoth of stuff for this cover to not cover everything. I had plenty of extra fabric leftover and I tightened it as much as I possibly could. Next time I'll use some drawstrings to keep them tighter and more fit.I am extremely impressed right now. With how much rain and wind was pouring down, and it still kept all the water off, I couldn't be happier with this purchase.

This light weight cover actually does a fantastic job of keeping my stuff clean and dry on rainy days. I have a side pannier bag that I use to pack my laptop, purse, and misc junk, plus a basket on top of my back rack that I use to carry produce home from the office once a week (from our local farm to office CSA) plus often a second bag on the far side of my rack- this goes over all of it - or just the one bag as needed. I like that it also helps with visibility - a few reflector strips would be a nice addition.This packs up super small so I can keep it in my pannier bag all the time. It shakes out easily and dries quickly.

This kept my stuff dry and helped make me visible to others. The only issue I have with it is that it doesn't have a place to hook a tail light. Otherwise, it's a great piece of gear.

High quality and fits perfectly. Well made , seems like it will hold up for a long time.

Looks good in pictures and seems to be made of sil nylon, which is very good. Problem is there is no draw string to take up slack, the cords at bottom of middle are just so you can tie to rack so it doesn't blow off. The elastic is weak and totally useless. The cover I received is too small to cover the black ROS 3 pc set. Without the top bag on there is no way to use it either. Either their quality control is horrible and sizes of the cover vary greatly or the one pictured was specially made and not available. I purchased the ROS 3 pc bag set and this cover to use with it. The ROS are medium quality bags in terms of material thickness, but will serve the casual rider fine. The bags I received are well stitched and zippers are average quality. The cover is useless and I am returning it. Note: in my photos the bags still have room in them so they would be even larger if firmly packed. Look closely at cover photos as shadows conceal how much of front and rear of bags are exposed. Last photo shows cover with top bag removed and no way to snug it up so it is useless again.
