Stuff smells great. Stays on thick so I can feel I’m being moisturized while healing. Not too much and still plenty. Jar will last for many tattoos. It does have a grainy feeling however I rub my fingers in circles in the can to loosen it up and it rubs right in. My photo is 6 days after the tattoos. Didn’t think to show on day 5 after o took my plastics off however, they looked the same yesterday. I haven’t had any of the peeling I have seen others deal with. Don’t know if there are other similar great products since this is my first time using a tattoo balm but this will be my go to because it works great, smells great, and for the amount I am using and being able to use for future tattoos, price it great. Cheaper options however you pay for what you get… but still didn’t break the bank. Perfect product.

I got the Lavender and Frankensense scent because the Vanilla one has coconut oil in it, which breaks me out. I also prefer fresh scents over sweet ones. I am happy to say mine was delivered without any grainy texture and melts into my skin like butter. I will continue to use this on my healed and still healing tattoos

I have tried a lot of different tattoo aftercare products and I usually just end up using Aquaphor cause they don’t end up working really. This is the opposite. This stuff is great!!! I highly recommend this product. Will always use for bow on for any new tattoo that I get.

I've only used it once and am still a few hours from 24 hours out, but I love it! It is not greasy but keeps it moisturized for much longer than this companies soothing gel which i bought at the same time. Highly recommend both products for different reasons. This one is better to keep it moisturized and keep it from slightly pulling. The gel is better to cool the area but once it's dry there is a very slight pulling with the gel I'm not experiencing with the balm.

My oldest tattoo is 38 years old. I have always protected them with sunscreen but not as directed.I developed a severe gluten intolerance, that stuff is everywhere!Mad Rabbit is clean and Vegan. Well it's alsopure sorcery! I dare anyone to tell me which ofmy tattoos is the oldest, even after one application.It goes on as a balm. A little goes a long way.Work with your body heat. Disregard the lightoily feel. It absorbs into your skin leaving it feeling soft, smooth and looking vibrant.I loved the fragrance. Very unisex.

I used mad rabbit for years. I loved it because it was not greasy. It used to be buttery and smooth when you apply it, and now it’s gritty and rough when you initially apply it, which hurts on a brand new tattoo. Once you rub it in, it’s fine. I feel like the consistency is firmer now too, and a higher melting point because it doesn’t feel like it “melts” as easily onto the skin. I still love that it protects the tattoo well, just don’t like the texture out of the tin.

Absolutely love the mad rabbit tattoo aid and lotion. It helps the healing process tremendously. I feel very comfortable using these products because of the natural clean ingredients, how moisturizing and lightweight it feels when absorbed into my tattooed skin.

This smells fantastic and a little bit goes a long way! I got this for my older tattoos and it does a nice job of brightening them up.
