Expensive but identical to the original.
I like that I was able to find this product to use with my opti-life C-pap mask which is no longer available through my medical equipment provider. The replacement for the Opti-life mask is also available on Amazon and I'll order it soon.

This is way expensive but when you need one you have to pay, but I have medium and small that I got free before they stopped making them
