awesome product for business and study purpose
Actually, I'm writing this review on this laptop only and it's so amazing that it feels like I'm using a laptop better than a MacBook Air. great product

Wrong Technical Details
Some of the details mentioned in the specifications are wrong. Storage space is 1TB not 512 GB. There is no HDMI port. One USB Type C port is available. One micro SD card reader is available.

Don’t buy this laptop.
Worst decision of my life. Warranty expired product sold. Commercial product sold without warranty by misleading the customer. Called many time to Amazon but no use. they put my call on hold forever.Laptop inspection is big scam, No one ever visit. Technician calls you and ask for PIN and resolve the issue. Amazon customer support simply says that "technician resolve the issue we can not do anything". So do not buy product with no clear return policy its better to pay couple of thousands extra for 80K product and purchase it from proper product outlet.its waste of money. Pathetic viewing angle. stylus doesn’t work. It’s impossible to use it as pad because of very narrow viewing angle

Over heating issue
Getting overheated in 30 mins,Overheating is terrible, u can't touch it, further most pathetic experience is of Amazon customer care, replacement never happened, after asking fr refund, the pick was not done for 4 attempts, pick station just update fake status, of verification failed or cancelled pick up by customer, no one ever reported to my house i keept escalation after two weeks finally laptop was picked up, after i filed it on econsumer forum and written some emails, I'll never buy any electronic, expensive one from Amazon ever

Please ensure seller before buy
I bought these product but I didn't got warranty as i contacted hp support it showed it is warranty expired product..Stylus pen also not workingGuys actually amazon is customer friendly as after so many efforts they returned product but seller *MAXUS IT* BY RONIT JAIN from whom I bought these through Amazon is SHOCKINGLY UNAUTHORIZED SELLER BY HP ITSELF
