Not at all. Way to short. Have to go Bilstein.

Q: Are these a much tougher ride than the factory shocks? Ride is pretty rough already.

They are a little stiffer but provide better control. I like mine.

Q: Compatible with 2.5" lift on 2500?

Yes I have the 3 inch leveling kit on my 2500 they work perfectly
