I ordered 2 of these, one just a rectangle, the other with a custom shape. I measured carefully, and got an email back the same day asking for a sketch of the custom shape one, which I provided. They arrived in 4 weeks.In terms of the money/quality ratio, these things are amazing. The foam (I got the 3") is high density, relatively firm, and extremely comfortable. The covers are soft, comfortable, zippered for removal for cleaning, and rubberized on the bottom to prevent slippage. They also provided an extra custom cover for each one. The zippers are not the best I've seen, but I think they'll do. Personally, I wouldn't mind if they charged an extra few bucks and used a higher quality zipper.Here's what to know: When they first arrived, because of the way they were compacted for packing and shipping, they were wrinkled, warped, and seemed too small. I unfolded them and put them on the window seats they were made for. By the next day, as the foam expanded, the wrinkles had disappeared and they fit perfectly -- and I do mean absolutely perfectly. I'll take a little of the credit for measuring carefully, but seriously, the precision is amazing.You're not going to find custom cushions at anywhere near this price, and certainly not at this level of quality. I'm so glad I found these. Now to see if they make back cushions to match.

I bought the cushion and the waterproof cover in gray to go on a bench in the sunroom/mudroom. The sellers kept in touch, and verified the measurements before it was made. The price is very good for a custom made item. The cushion fits perfectly, doesn’t slide around when you sit on it, and is thick and high quality. It’s very comfortable! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing a custom made cushion!

I'm impressed with the perfect fit, quality, and look of this custom piece. In addition, they were very kind and responsive in the communication. It was very quick to get the sample fabrics. They confirmed details several times and communicated about shipping. I really appreciated the matching pillow case they included. I can't speak to durability yet, but I have 3 dogs and 3 cats, and I am sure they will put this fabric to the test. So far, it is holding up well these last few days. I will be ordering several more items from them!

This is the third custom cushion I have ordered. They are all looking really great, good quality, washable fabric easy to remove, and the sizing was exactly as ordered and needed. Thanks for providing such a great product!

I never write reviews and had to say how impressed I was with my custom order. I ordered cushions for our built in benches for our deck. They fit to a t!! Like perfect. And they were so nice I had indicated I was trying to get them before a certain date and they made sure it happened. Thank you. Happy customer.

The material is durable and the foam insert is very comfortable. It comes compressed and you have to wait some time for it to expand. I was able to speed it up by removing the foam from the cover and steaming the cover to get the wrinkles out. I also received a free pillow cover in the same material and that is a nice bonus. I was able to iron it to get the wrinkles out. So if you don’t want to wait for it to expand and flatten over time, there are options to speed up the process so you’ll have a nice looking and sturdy cushion.

I needed a custom cushion made for a cedar chest. I measured and ordered per the instructions but wanted two extra bands to make sure it would stay on through grandkids and dogs. I messaged the vendor and they were more than accommodating for a reasonable price. I received the cushion very quickly and the quality is superb. The seller was great! I wanted a cushion for a DIY dog window bench. The cushion is delivered very tightly wrapped and will need to be shaped a little, but as you can see, very nice appearance. They followed up to ensure accurate measurements for the customizable cushion and the quality is great. I also received a pillow cover that I didn’t know was included. The waterproof cover works great. Nice quality cover with good zipper. Made perfectly according to my measurements. As hoped, it works very well for the shower bench.
