I needed to replace some old dull kitchen knives, and I saw these and the price seemed fair so I looked at specs and reviews and decided to give them a try. They're good quality knives and very sharp. A few people were taken by surprise about how sharp they were, and after so much use since I bought these, they have retained their edge. I just make sure the clean the knife after every use and make sure it's back in the block where it belongs. These knives are actually light making them easy to use and not strenuous on your hands. Overall I would recommend buying these knives.

I absolutely love these knives, I bought two sets and was going to order another for my grandaughter but says unavailable. Too bad. Great for all kinds of cutting.

I wasn't expecting top quality and it's not but they work perfectly for what I wanted them for. Came nice and sharp. Had them for about a week now. Left one in the sink one night to wash the next day and it rusted. I was able to clean it off.

I was expecting a generic weak bladed knife but nooo these knifes are very well built feel great in your hand and SHARP ! ..and you get 4 of them and did i mention sharp ..Some of the reviews mentioned rusting so I tested on by putting it into my wet humidified monotub where I grow mushrooms..misted every 5 minutes for a week and no rust..so maybe it was a bad batch but the ones I got could sell for $10 to $15 each. Did I mention they are Sharp?

For years I've been asking for just a decent set of paring knives. For years, I kept getting knives with a curved blade. "The ones with the curved blade are better for peeling!" Everyone said. But with some leftover Christmas money I set out to find the knives I wanted all along.For the price, these are fantastic. They do exactly what you want a kitchen knife to do. They're sharp, they cut potatoes, they cut onions, they cut carrots. They even cut the tape on your Amazon packages cause you can never find where you put the dang scissors.Could the handle be a little better quality? Sure. But this is an inexpensive knife set, you're gonna get an inexpensive handle. It doesn't make my hand cramp up, and it's long enough it fits in my giant unladylike hands.At the end of the day, 5 stars. Take care of your knives and they're less likely to rust. These slice through potatoes like butter.

I don’t use paring knives that much but my partner and Mom do so I got this set to make them happy. I was a little wary since other reviews said they rust easily but decided to try them since they’re so cheap. I’ve had them since Jan and they are excellent. Very sharp and stay that way considering how cheap they are. I always used to hand dry them after washing them because I was afraid of them rusting but then tried leaving them in water a couple times just to see and nothing. ZERO rusting, even when left in the dishwasher for days. Idk what other ppl are doing with their knives but these have blown me away.

These are a good knockoff of expensive Cutco knives - a quick frequent sharpening is needed to keep these honed, as is always the case with super sharp knives

After one use I put it in the dishwasher and it came out rusty I have not been able to get the rust spots off of the blade.
