These holders get the job done. They're not very big but plenty to hold a pair of headphones or tambourines. The screw has a molded plasic end piece the tightens down on tube to hold in place. It is not connected to the bolt so be careful not to drop and lose it. It would have been 5 stars if it had a better and attached end piece. However it does the job it was made for well enough for it's price. There's really no need to spend more. I bought the three pack. One for a tambourine attached to a cymbal stand, one for a pair of headphones attached to trap table on my drum kit and one near my computer when i want to listen through through the headphones.

when folks come to record in the home studio they get an inspiring environment to work. can't over estimate a hanger on the mic stand to hang the headphones. good product.

The nylon piece that attaches to the end of the thumb screw (and is necessary to attach this hanger to a anything) isn't glued very well or at all and falls off when installing or moving the hanger. This can probably be fixed with a hot glue gun, but be careful because the nylon pieces are easy to lose when they fall off.

things fall off this thing when the room is shaking so get the on stage stands one it destroys this one I ended up giving mine away free

Just received this product today. woke up out of my sleep to check on my orders on amazon notice one of my orders was at my front door. 'truly happy about that. When I opened up the box ,took out the item out of the box. As soon as I tried unloosening the screw & I notice the black part that jams against the mic stand isn't turning with the screw.

Keeping singers from placing headphones and other objects on or around a microphone is what this product was designed to do. It does exactly what it is supposed to do. Everyone who has headphones and microphones should have several of these. Great product and fast delivery. I will purchase more. Highly recommended.

I saw the reviews and was worried about the quality. I found the holder to be just what I needed. I think it is every bit as good as anything else I have bought. I use it at home in my garage studio and happy with it!

Works well. I hang my umbrella on it. The clamp was smaller than expected but if you clamp it on something like an ikea lamp in the picture (and up to 2x thicker than that) then you're fine.
