NOT BLACK! NOT THIS SHAPE! The Photo is Wrong
I received three of these arms. The first was as described. I liked it well enough and ordered a second one.The next one was chrome, not black. It actually appears more substantial than the original (better made), but that wasn't what I ordered (I have a pair of monitors and want the mounts to match.) When the replacement came, it was chrome too!I contacted the company who said that the chrome is the new model. So they kept the product number but started selling a product that is a different shape and color? That must be some kind of record in mismanagement.And they still have not changed the picture on the item!

Not good for an iMac
This unit failed at support the weight of the 24" iMac without cranking the Allen screws all the way down. I ordered this unit and the Ergotron 200S. The Ergotron works much better, hands down. Contrary to it's advertisement, this unit is designed for smaller displays and less weight.
