Honestly One Of The Best Out There
System Specs:Ryzen 5 3600, RTX 3060 TI, MSI MEG B550 Unify, G. Skill Rip Jaws 2x8 GB 3600 MHz, Crucial P5 1TB, Corsair CX650F RGB, Lian Li Uni Fans 120mm x3 140mm x4, Phanteks Eclipse P500A DRGB, and of course EK 360mm Basic AIO.Performance:Let me start off by saying that this cooler is phenomenal. The R5 3600 never goes over 38 C when gaming on any of the games I've played (Battlefield V, Witcher 3, Apex Legends, Horizon Zero Dawn, Minecraft with shaders, etc.) granted, this is at base clock speeds, but it goes to show that there is plenty of room to overclock. Fan speeds are set to run at 40% until CPU temp reaches 40C. I also ran Prime95 for an hour and my CPU temps balanced out at 50 C exactly, and that's at full load at base clock speed, again, leaving room for a chunky overclock. It also runs dead silent since I have it mounted on the roof (do this to maximize the lifespan of your Aio coolers). Temperatures also get as low as 27 C idle if that even matters. 10/10 Performance check.Installation and Compatibility:Installing the EK 360mm Basic was extraordinarily easy. It does use the standard AMD backplate, so make sure you have yours on hand for AMD. It also comes with pre-applied thermal paste, but I switched to Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut, which I also highly recommend. I won't go into detail too much about the installation, you can find YouTube videos that show the entire process for Intel and AMD. Just know that it was very easy. As a fairly new builder, I appreciate the simplicity. It fits very comfortably in my Phanteks P500A, leaving about 1cm of free space on either side of the cooler, and it is also compatible with the Lian Li Uni fans, which look and function outstandingly as well. Installation and Compatibility earn a 10/10.Aesthetics:This bit is subjective, but this is also my review, and I love it. The brushed metal look works very well with my MSI MEG B550 Unify motherboard and the Asus Dual RTX 3060 TI. I, personally, feel that motherboard RGB is not only annoying to deal with (the MSI software isn't very good), but is just too much RGB for me. I wanted all the RGB to come from the fans and the case. In fact, the case is controlling all the RGB because I don't like dealing with software. Anyways, back to the AIO. It looks fantastic. 10/10 for aesthetics from me.Conclusion:That's 30/30 points A+. Functions flawlessly, looks sleek, and is easy to install and compatible with pretty much any fans you want to put on it. Get this one. You will not regret it. But, hey, there are some other good liquid coolers out there. If you want the absolute best performance, get the ARCTIC Liquid Freezer II. If you want the best RGB, and have a fortune to spend, get the NZXT Kraken Z-series. If you want the second best performing cooler and want to stick Uni fans on it, get this one. I'm gonna reference GamersNexus for their extensive performance testing on AIO coolers. Seriously though, this AIO is a beast.

Best 360 AIO!
This review is for the EK 360mm basic AIO.Temperatures are great. I won't give exact numbers as every case is different and I'm using some of my old fans. If you want to see reviews check Gamer's Nexus. They reviewed the RGB fan version of this. It's basically the best along with the Arctic AIO. But this one looks better. The tube sleeving isn't as ugly as the Arctic's, and the pump block is one of my favorites. Nice and simple. The pump is also not audible over the pump in the Hybrid. But it is audible (probably ~35 db) when it's the only pump running at 100% and the side panel is off. So in real use cases, it is not audible. I run it at like 70% and it's not audible even with your ear ~6 inches from it.Installation was a breeze. Installing the block to the CPU and the radiator to the case took all of five minutes. The only real issue I had worth noting is the tubes are kind of weird to twist. In order to get them to not cover the RAM, I had to flip them around, slightly contorting the tubes. To get them to look decent and not make a sideways () shape, I had to velcro them together. This didn't really impact my build, but could be an issue for a case with less clearance or a build with less room for the tubes. The only other complaint I have with this are cosmetic, which is fine since it's one of if not the cheapest 360 AIOs. Frankly, I think the tube sleeving is ugly, especially compared to the sleeving on the EVGA Hybrid I have. My first AIO ever, a Corsair something something 280mm from like 7 years ago had nicer sleeving. I believe t heir new AIOs coming out in september have the better sleeving. I almost bought the 360mm Kraken for this reason to match my Hybrid, but I read the CAM software is awful and it's $50 more for ~4C warmer temperatures. You need the CAM software to control the Kraken pump (unless you get the open source alternative), where this AIO uses a standard 4-pin PWM connector.

Great temps, looks good, but my unit is whiney!
I'm giving this a 5 stars even though I almost can't stand the pump whine. The price, mounting system, and aesthetics more than make up for it IMO, and I cannot stress how sensitive to noise I am.EK hit this one out of the park on the mounting for this one. I've installed tons of AIO's and air coolers, and I've never been convinced I got the tensioning right until now. It gives perfect tactile feedback from the 4 springs and is designed as to pretty much guarantee immaculate contact with the surface of the IHS.I also love the black-out aesthetics on the basic as well as the brush steel finish on its block. I'm definitely not an RGB fiend, but I really appreciate it when it's done well. It's a situation where you can have too much of a good thing, and the rest of my build has the RGB covered. And finally, the temperatures: it tames my 5800x3D. It's not the hardest CPU to cool, but it can definitely be a challenge given its layout with the 3d cache. It's also worth mentioning that I under volt my 5800x3D with PBO tuner and that also really helps. Nevertheless, the fans NEVER go above 40-50% while gaming and that keeps it pretty much silent (other than some pump whine). If you do tasks that have the fans going up to 80-100% and are easily bothered by loud fans, the stock fans are not going to be your friend. They move a ton of air at that speed, but it's way too much noise for me.

Its an amazing AIO
I have had this item for about 5 months so I think this is the perfect time to say my thoughts. It was beyond easy to install. It also very queit compare to other aios that I have used. This aio has kepts my temps at extremely low.The fans that come in the box work well not very loud either makes a bit of noise under load but works great. The pre applied thermal paste is very good as well.

Best AM4 AIO
so for me it would’ve been 5 stars BUT I specifically ordered the basic version (without rgb) because I was making a black build. I really don’t want to complain but I received the better version (Elite rgb with 6 fans) which in theory is better for your money but in my case I had to make compromises because the pump is chrome instead of black and the 6 rgb fans are useless to me as I will not use them. 1 other thing is 1 of the mounting screw to hold the motherboard backplate in place and mount the AIO had a factory defect (melted plastic inside the threads) but I was able to fix it myself or worst case scenario EK would’ve sent replacement screws. Other than that this AIO is actually the best for AM4 platform, keeping my 5900x cool and very silent. very happy. great quality AIO

High quality good performance
This was very easy to install. The noise level on max rpm fans isnt to bad. It dropped my temps from 45 no load to 30. It looks very nice. Great value for performance.

Excellent watercooling
