Folks, I'm a big, husky dude who searched for years for a 'perfect body pillow'..I sleep on my side, and wanted something I could shove between my legs or against my back so that I don't roll in my sleep, end up on my back, and wake the whole family with my snoring.Believe me, I have tried MANY different brands over the years.. Other body pillows I tried were too short, too wide, too firm, or too soft.. Kind of like the beds that Momma and Papa Bear had in Little Red Riding Hood! LOL..Anyway, I gave this body pillow a shot, and it was "Just Right"!Firm enough to support the weight of my leg or back, but not like a brick.Soft enough to be very comfortable without being 'squishy' or 'limp'..And the length and width suit me perfectly, with enough pillow to share with my 'pillow hogging' Basset Hound!!!I have purchased TWO of these body pillows, so now I have leg support and back support.I love the removable outer cover - very easy to remove and put back on.. Just toss the cover in your washer and then give it a cycle in your dryer or hang it and let it air dry.. And,by the way - the removable cover is very sturdy and can take a wash cycle without being torn to shreds.I also love that you can remove memory foam from the pillow to adjust it to your own size or needs.. I did not need to do this, but it is a very nice option to have if you desire it.The body pillow is very well constructed - quality materials and workmanship.FIVE STARS! I would highly recommend this product to anyone out there looking for a quality body pillow at a fair price!

I have the Milliard U-shaped memory foam pillow and love it, which is why I chose the Milliard body pillow. My only option at the time I ordered was the one with the fur outer removable case. Using it as it was delivered, I would have given this a 2 star rating. I tried sleeping with it, but found it a bit stiff and uncomfortable. I then removed it to my chair and found the same issues. I was extremely disappointed. I decided to try removing some of the memory foam. Once I unzipped the fur cover, I thought, let me try just removing the fur cover. That made all the difference in the world. I didn't remove any stuffing and put it in a microfiber pillowcase that I had previously ordered with my original purchase, because I was afraid the fur outer shell would make me to warm while sleeping. Just removing the fur case, made it feel just like my U-shaped pillow. It is much more flexible, not as stiff and is now exactly what I was hoping for. This product should come standard with a microfiber case. I do not recommend the fur case, but the pillow itself is perfect.

Maybe they don't quality control these, or it was vacuum sealed for too long, but my shredded memory foam bits have hard tips on them, I let it rest for over 24 hrs and no difference so impossible to sleep on for anyone, essentially this is trash. A pillow is supposed to be comforting not stabbing you back.

Baffled by the 1-star ratings. Is it perfect? No. It does have a bit of a bad smell that's common with most new-from-factory foam products. Get some Febreeze and let the pillow air out for a few days. You have to let the foam chunks reform for 48 hours anyway, so put it near an open window while you do. The smell is why I rate it 4 stars instead of 5, because it is pretty foul if you don't air it out well enough, but I don't think the smell alone warrants a 1-star rating.Before listening to nay-sayers, keep in mind: The pillow comes rolled up and vacuum sealed for easy transport. This pushes the foam chunks to one end of the pillow, leaving the other end feeling flat and unfilled. Just give the pillow a good shake and fluff to redistribute the foam and it's fine. If at any point foam chunks shift (like when you're changing the pillow case), just give it another shake and fluff. It's such an easy fix, it's nit-picky to complain about.It also take 48 hours for the foam to regain its shape, not 24 like another reviewer said. The instructions that came with the pillow were clear--*48* HOURS. The instructions say you can use it in the meantime, but I elected not to because of the smell and not wanting to crush the foam and slow reshaping.I'm not a fan of the faux fur cover (it looks nice, is a bit more grey than purple, but is too hot to sleep with in the hot weather). After the 48 hours were up, I initially put my old cotton body pillow cover over the whole thing, faux fur cover and all, which made it incredibly thick and firm--too much so for me to comfortably sleep with. I switched the faux fur case out for the cotton one and that is much more comfortable.[Edit 9/26/21: FOLLOW WASHING INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY FOR THE FAUX FUR CASE!! I washed the case and when I put it in the dryer, I forgot to change the heat setting from medium to low (instructions say to dry on low). This was a huge mistake because the case came out frizzy and matted! It looks like a grey-purple sheep wool! It’s a good thing I didn’t plan to use it anyway. See photo for results. This didn’t affect my star rating as it is a result of user error. Just want to help people avoid making my mistake.]The pillow does feel a little "lumpy," but it's filled with small chunks of foam! Of course it's going to feel lumpy. It still offers great support for my legs and arms during the night.I'm very pleased with this purchase. The only way I think this could have been better would have been if they'd aired out the foam before filling the pillow, to get rid of that rubbery-chemical smell.2nd Edit 12/13/21: After using this for a few months, I can understand why some customers complain about it being under filled and the memory foam shifting. The first month it was fine, just needed a quick refluff before bed, but now I have an issue where every night the foam chunks shift away from where my legs are, to the point where I may as well not even have the pillow between them anymore. It leaves my lower back misaligned and just generally isn't comfortable.I bought a package of memory foam chunks to fill out the pillow some and that helped, but short of completely stuffing it solid I don't think it the foam will ever stop shifting out of place. I'm trying to think of a way to make it work that doesn't involve forcing even more foam into it, but coming up short. For that reason, I dropped my rating down from 4-stars to 3-stars.
