I bought the largest of the two sizes but it's still just a little larger than my thumb and I have relatively small hands. I've decided to give it a go by cutting one in half and using 1.5 in each net cup. The material is definitely more dense than my originals. It seems like it could be non organic, but who knows for sure? They do plump up when wet. And lastly, I'm holdng up a baggy of about 45 of these little guys. Definitely smaller than expected all the way around but at the end of the day, I think they will work.

Make sure you buy the bigger size. Works with IDOO gardens

They were much smaller than I anticipated. I was hoping they would fit into my Click & Grow planter.

Very bad product! I try to grow roots there but first don’t stay close second when I try to open very delicate the sponge ripped apart then I had to put an rubber bend to close the sponge third after only one week my little branch was rotten. Very bad quality. I won’t buy again I’m very disappointed. Definitely not worth the money. I don’t recommend !

Nice grow sponges for my IDOO aeroponic garden. They're a good value for the price compared to others online. Shipped quickly too!

The product feels good quality, thick sponge, however it says they are suitable for the aerogrow systems which is debatable. The sponges are much wider than the originals so a bit of a squeeze to fit in the plastic holders. I've only tried 1x6 grow so far but none of the seeds have grown. I'm not sure if they're dodgy seeds or if it's too tight for the plants to push through. As these are soooo much cheaper I will try again but probably trim them down so they fit better.Although they are also shorter they still get the water

The seller claims compatibility with Aerogardens but this is not true. They are about 1/2 the length of Aerogarden peat plugs and would therefore make zero contact with the nutrient solution in the air stone diffusion Aerogarden format. Perhaps they would work in the circulating Aerogarden format but again they would provide minimal structural support due to their size. There are reasons why Aerogarden plugs have an elongated shape. A good example of when it is better to stick with the original.

Tras días y días de espera no sale nada, en su día con los que venían en el kit hidroponíco, a los tres días de poner las semillas ya estaba naciendo la albahaca, y a los 5 el perejil etc. con esto a los quince aparece verdín se estropean y hay que tirarlos ( como el dinero el dinero de la compra), repetido dos veces y el mismo resultado.

Doesnt expand. Very hard and compressed. Doubt the toots will penetrate this product not like the other products that expand and become less dense and lighter in texture to provide The microclimate for the roots to grow. Will update review if successful growing comes from this product
